Last week I posted a news item on how farm land values have increased and I thought I’d look into how farmers will have to diversify in future to combat the rise in prices. The rise in value is all well and good for those who already own and farm land but new farmers will struggle to find affordable property if prices continue to climb.
During my investigation I stumbled across a perfect example of how farmers can make the most of even a small area of land.
